Alumina or aluminum oxide (Al2O3) is a major engineering material. It offers a combination of good mechanical properties and electrical properties. It is used more often than any other advanced ceramic material.
Alumina ceramics are commonly subdivided according to their alumina content ranging from 80% to more than 99%. Alumina can be produced in a range of purities with additives designed to enhance properties. Higher purity alumina demonstrates enhanced wear and corrosion resistance.
A wide variety of ceramic processing methods can be applied including machining or net shape forming to produce a wide variety of sizes and shapes of component. In addition, it can be readily joined to metals or other ceramics using metallising and brazing techniques.
Alumina based ceramics are by far the largest range of advanced ceramics made by HaoRui. Due to the important combination of properties, we have thoroughly researched the behaviour and characteristics of our alumina products to give you the best possible component.
Alumina was quickly adopted by the electronics industry due to its high electrical insulation properties. In addition, because it has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and mechanical strength, it is used in many industrial machinery parts, and is the most widely used Fine ceramic material.
SHENZHEN HAORUI can offer not only qualified products, we can also supplying quality service including design, development, export and after sales. Our team is happy to provide guidance, answer any questions you may have, provide technical support or respond to your feedback about our service.
