ShenZhen Haorui Industrial manufactures custom alumina ceramic screws, bolts and threaded fasteners from 95%–99.5% Al2O3 corundum ceramics. Where steel fasteners fail — high temperature, high voltage, strong magnetic fields or corrosive media — alumina ceramic screws keep working: they hold full mechanical strength at temperatures where metal screws soften, and they never rust, never magnetize and never short a circuit.
Every thread is ground, not molded. That is the key difference between our ceramic screws and cheap pressed parts: machined and ground threads give smooth engagement, consistent pitch diameter and repeatable torque, so the fastener can actually be tightened instead of just decorated. Standard metric threads (M2–M20) as well as custom threads, hex heads, knurled heads and slotted heads are available.

Haorui Industrial has machined non-standard advanced ceramics since 2006 (ISO 9001). Send us a 2D drawing (PDF/DWG) or a sample: we quote with tolerance and material recommendation, produce 1–10 piece prototypes in 7–15 days, and keep the process data for repeat batches. Materials available: 95% / 99% / 99.5% Al2O3, ZrO2, Si3N4, SiC, AlN, macor.
In tension and hardness, alumina ceramic outperforms steel at high temperature and never corrodes. Like all ceramics it is weaker in bending and should not be over-torqued — we recommend torque values roughly 1/3 of a same-size steel screw, or design with washers to spread the load.
Yes. Threads are machined and ground from solid alumina blanks. Metric, UNC, trapezoidal and special pitches are available; head styles include hex, slotted, knurled and custom shapes per drawing.
Prototype orders of 1–10 pcs are accepted. Because our lines are built for non-standard custom ceramics, small batches are our normal business, not an exception.
Standard-size ceramic screws: 7–15 days after drawing confirmation. Complex custom heads: typically 15–25 days.
