This C-shaped ring wraps around a tube, pipe or round housing without disassembling the machine — it springs over the component through its open gap, and the two flat mounting tabs with screw holes bolt it closed again. In alumina ceramic it works as an insulating clamp band: it holds, positions or shields a hot or live round part while staying cool to the machine structure and isolated from the process.
The flat strip profile is ground from sintered alumina, so ring diameter, strip width, gap angle, tab position and screw holes all follow your drawing. Lightweight open-ring construction keeps the added mass small — important for moving and rotating assemblies.

Alumina is rigid, not springy — the open gap is sized so the ring slides over without meaningful flexing. Tell us the installation method and we set the gap accordingly.
