Zirconia ceramic material strength is very good, often used to make a variety of ceramic structural components, ceramic rods is the most commonly used ceramic rods are usually alumina ceramics or zirconia ceramics as raw materials, dry pressure, static pressure, hot die casting and other processes molding of the row of rubber or wax and then sintered at high temperatures made of ceramic rods, widely used in the military machinery, medical equipment, aerospace, and other fields. The main processing technology of ceramic rods are:

5. Ceramic rod chamfering: can be divided into 45 degrees, 60 degrees, 90 degrees, etc., the use of grinding wheels can be chamfered at different angles of the ceramic rod;

6. Ceramic rod rounding: ceramic rod is usually required to carry out the external round grinding, which can reach 0.002mm roundness.
