Black zirconia ceramics and white zirconia ceramics do not have much difference in material, the only difference is that making white zirconia ceramics black is a little bit more tedious in the process. We usually use black zirconia powder production and blackening treatment of these two ways. So the black zirconia ceramic products are more expensive than the white ones.
Areas of application for black zirconia ceramics
From the point of view of performance characteristics, black zirconia ceramics and white zirconia ceramics are not different, but from the point of view of aesthetic appearance, black zirconia will be more texture. Our common black zirconia ceramics are used in watch dials, watch bands, mobile phone backs, medical equipment, instrumentation, probes, probes, ceramic knives, electronic cigarettes, headphones and so on.
Our Processing accuracy:
(1) shaft: roundness 0.002 mm, concentricity 0.002 mm, finish Ra0.1 ;
(2) Hole: minimum processing hole diameter 0.2 mm, depth up to 6 mm (depending on the material);
(3) groove (seam): minimum processing 0.1mm narrow groove, as well as a variety of shapes of the groove;
(4) plane: the minimum thickness of 0.1MM sheet can be processed, parallelism 0.001mm, measurement tolerance 0.001 mm, finish Ra0.1;
(5) Thread: the minimum can be processed M2 internal thread, precision GB-7h, external thread size is not limited, precision GB-6g.
