Machined alumina ceramic holes and porous ceramic parts
Machined alumina ceramic holes and porous ceramic parts are both types of advanced ceramics that are widely used in various industries due to their exceptional properties and versatility.
Machined alumina ceramic holes are created by precisely machining alumina ceramic, a type of ceramic made from aluminum oxide (Al2O3). These holes are characterized by their high precision, smooth surface finish, and excellent wear resistance. They are commonly used in applications such as fluidic systems, nozzles, and high-temperature environments where precise control of fluid flow is required.
High temperature resistance
Withstand up to 1600℃.
High hardness
Vickers hardness is higher than 1500HV0.5, its hardness is only second to diamond.
Good wear resistance
Its wear resistance is equivalent to 266 times of manganese steel, which can extend the service life of the equipment.
Light weight
The density is only half of steel, which can greatly reduce the load of equipment.
Reliable quality
16 years precision ceramic processing experience, ISO quality management system certification, quality assurance, zero risk commitment!
SHENZHEN HAORUI INDUSTRIAL provide professional efficient,high-quality services, constantly innovate in technology and products, surpass ourselves, strive for excellence, and achieve a win-win situation.
