Alumina ceramic ring


Alumina ceramic ring has excellent mechanical strength, high temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, good insulation properties and durability. It has the advantages of long life, energy saving, environmental protection, safety and controllability. Alumina ceramic ring has low dielectric loss, high volume resistivity, high strength, high hardness, small coefficient of linear expansion, good wear resistance and heat resistance due to its excellent high frequency electrical properties.


Aluminium oxide ceramic rings are made of high purity aluminium oxide material and have the following characteristics:

1) High temperature stability: alumina ceramic rings are able to remain stable in high temperature environments without melting or losing structural stability. This makes it widely useful in high temperature applications.

2)Corrosion resistance: Alumina ceramic rings have good corrosion resistance and can resist a wide range of chemicals, including acids and alkalis. Therefore, its use in the chemical industry is very important.
